1. What is "Click & Collect"?

 

Click & Collect is an alternative way to shop with Analogue+ online through your computer or smartphone.

You can shop online and collect your purchases at any outlets of your choice and the best part is, the service is completely free!

2. How do I place order for Click & Collect?

 

To place a Click & Collect order, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Shop at Analogue+ Online

 

Start shopping at Analogue+ online with the wide range of products available.

Do take note that we will try our best to update products to the Online Store as soon as possible.

Step 2: Chat with us to place an order

 

Let us know the following information to proceed:

1. Product Name

2. Product Color (if applicable)

3. Quantity

4. Preferred Collection Location 

(1) Analogue+ VivoCity #02-10

(2) Analogue+ at Robinsons the Heeren Lv 04

(3) Analogue+ at Robinsons Raffles City Lv 03

We strive to reply you within 24 hours once we receive your message.

Step 3: Get notified via Email for order confirmation

 

You will get notified via Email after we have placed the order for you.

Step 4: Payment & Collection In Stores

 

Once the payment have been confirmed, an instruction sent via Email for you to follow to collect your product.

Currently, the preferred payment method will be PayNow.

*Please make payment within 24 hours once you are notified of the stocks availability.

3. When can I expect to collect my orders from Click & Collect service?

 

An order confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you.

Once the order is ready for collection, an email will be sent to you and you can collect it at your preferred store. 

4. What do I need to bring for the order collection?

 

You can collect your order at the counter and do remember to bring along your confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your order. 

5. How long do I have to collect my order?

 

Please collect your order within seven (07) days of receiving the email notification for collection. 

After seven (07) days from the day of collection notice sent out, your products will be sent back to warehouse and the recipient will be alerted.

8. What type of payment mode do you accept?

Currently, Analogue+ Online accepts PayNow as the mode of payment.

There will be more payment modes coming soon.

9. Where are the locations to pick up my "Click & Collect" order?

 

Once we confirm with your orders, you can pick up at the specific location assigned to you. ​Click here to find us.
